Job description

What will your role be?
Responsible for driving Advans Ghana Savings and Loans cars, as well as for ensuring the proper maintenance of these cars.

More Specifically: you will

  • Drive Advans Ghana cars according to management policy.

  • Fill the Logbook on every driving trip made
  • Ensure the cars’ maintenance by doing routine checks (brakes, wires, cables, tires status)
  • Cleaning of the cars
  • Regular maintenance in relation with suppliers: to ensure that filters and other basic appliances are checked regularly and replaced on time and that motor oil, and other levels (brake liquid, cooling fluid, water, etc.) are as per the cars’ manufacturers standards
  • To inform, his supervisor immediately about any existing or potential problem with one of the cars
  • To ensure that car documentation (insurance, vehicle license) is up to date
  • To inform in advance when the fuel tank is about to be empty and to fill the tank

Required profile

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • At least a Senior High School Certificate or Diploma with a minimum of one year driving experience

Specific Training Needed

  • Defensive Driving Skills
  • Fleet Maintenance and Management
