Job description

What will your role be?
Responsible for keeping the interior and exterior of the company’s premises clean. Ensure that the offices, washrooms, kitchen, windows, and the entire surrounding of the company are in the best condition for work and is to recommend to his or her supervisor any related issues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cleaning the Banking Halls
• Ensuring toiletries are available

• To refer to Logistics Manager on any issue related to Health and safety

GENERIC ACTIVITIES
• Clean the floors in the offices
• Dust the furniture and other office equipment
• Clean the windows
• Clean the washrooms and make toiletries available
• Change the towels in the washroom at least twice in a day
• Sweep the surrounding of the office building every morning
• Clean the dishes, mugs and glasses
• Empty the smaller dustbins in every office and the bigger bin outside
• Make short errands
• Ensure there is water available for use and prompt the supervisor before a shortage
• Ensure ECG balances on the meters are adequate and prompt the supervisor before it run out

Required profile

What kind of profile are we looking for?

At least a Junior High School Certificate Or Equivalent

Specific Training Required:
• Time Management
• Cleaning Techniques
Required experience (work field and number of years)
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
