Client Officer: overall objectives include client prospection, loan disbursement, loan monitoring and recovery management functions.
Client Assistant: manages all administrative and commercial tasks in the branch.
Team Leader: operates in the capacity of a role model to his team of client officers, managing them mainly on the loan side and also on the deposit side.
Collection recovery officer: is responsible for assessing the situation of late payment to facilitate speedy payment by the clients and follow up on pending payment agreements with default clients.
Hard recovery officer: is responsible for reducing loan restructuring, loan refinancing and loan write-offs of the bank.
Mobile teller: operates primarily as an extension of the teller services on the field with client’s correspondence, preparing cash shipments, collection of deposits from clients on the field and making timely remittances to the bank.
Deposit officer: responsible for introducing Advans La Fayette MFB's deposit product to target population and creating a strong deposit portfolio.
Teller: is responsible for supporting the branch in the daily activities especially both front office and back office tasks in the branch.
Client Services Supervisor: contributes to delivering of high quality services to Advans Nigeria clients in the respect of the policies and procedures of the bank.
Branch Manager : anticipates clients’ needs in terms of credit and propose new products/services to the management, engages in field visits, regular meetings with commercial staff and maintains on-going market intelligence activities with special attention to competition.
Risk and Compliance officer: manages the risks the bank faces and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations and internal procedures.
Credit Risk Analyst: responsible for analysing the bank’s credit risk as well as client verification and client monitoring activities.
